After receiving an RMA number, the unit should arrive within a time frame of 2 months to TDK-Lambda Israel. Otherwise, the RMA request will be cancelled in our system
RMA Order Confirmation should be printed and attached to the outside box, otherwise the shipment will be returned to the sender
Please make sure to pack the return units in an appropriate way to ensure no damage is made during transportation
